Yes Luniversal, all the companies have good dividend histories. However, they are yielding +5% so therefore in the Danger Zone.

I am of the same view as yourself, as in not wanting to buy on historic highs. Most stocks Id love in a HYP are too expensive (IMO), RB, ULVR, DGE etc.

Hence why I like IMT. There's always one or 2 stocks out of favour, [more]
