Indeed. If you can move the cash and rebuy your holdings within 30 days, the matching rules mean that it shouldn't generate a large CGT bill. Its a bit more expensive as you would have to pay dealing charges on the sales.

If you have sufficient income from employment / self employment it would be possible to make pension contributions to offset the tax paid.
