I think your table needs at least another column; costs. And possibly gearing and exposure to fixed interest. The idea being to see if there is a fundamental reason for high discounts or high yields.

Half a million pounds for a modest house in Brixton is insane. I guess with that much money involved everyone is completely dependant on their sale proceeds and relatively small variations in valuation are a lot of money income wise.

Another approach is to see if your asset allocation is still balanced and sell some over exposure. Also gearing is a factor; selling more highly geared investments reduces risk even if the money is reinvested into a similar investment.
