Pedantically, I think beyond a certain alcohol level the yeast stops working so there's an upper limit

IIRC, in some cases, cluster munitions are designed to have a proportion of bomblets that don't go off immediately and are on a timer/motion fuse as a form of area denial.
Obviously the manufacturers wouldn't include these in the 'failure rate' [more]

EG If I want to go from Slough to Wolverhampton along that route, its cheaper for me to buy two tickets -Slough<>Banbury and [more]
